Terms & Conditions for Bulk Orders – Veda Connection
1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
Bulk pricing applies for orders of 10 units or more (can be customized per product category). Bulk pricing varies depending on the quantity desired.
2. Lead Time & Delivery:
All bulk orders are made-to-order. Kindly allow 5-10 days for production, depending on quantity and customizations. We will provide a timeline at the time of confirmation.
3. Customization Requests:
We offer customization in packaging or idol finishes (gold/silver plating, size variants) for bulk orders. Any customization will be subject to feasibility and may affect pricing and timelines.
4. Payment Terms:
• 50% advance required to confirm the order.
• Balance 50% to be paid before dispatch.
• Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other modes as shared during order confirmation.
5. Shipping & Handling:
• Shipping charges will be calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery location.
• We ensure secure and protective packaging. However, any damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with unboxing video.
6. Cancellations & Refunds:
• Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or refunded, as each idol is handcrafted specifically for your order.
• In case of exceptional issues or delays from our side, store credit or alternate solutions may be offered.
7. Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the personalized and spiritual nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
8. Bulk Gifting for Events:
If you’re ordering for a wedding, corporate, or religious event, please share the event date in advance so we can align delivery accordingly.
9. Branding & Co-packaging:
Co-branded packaging (with your name/logo) is available on request for large orders (subject to approval and minimum quantity).
